Charles has a history of strategy, process and quality from his very roots. As a retired USMC officer, he was responsible for successful campaigns under tight constraints with detailed parameters that could not fail. Those strategic principals and strong customer values have driven Charles to a successful career with companies in both the government and private sectors. Charles instills these mission critical philosophies in his team and his company to ensure our clients see similar successful outcomes in each of their projects.
Charles is responsible for setting the overall direction and strategy for the company. He leads the design of dialPROS service and development of its core strategy and infrastructure. Charles attended Loyola University and studied computer science and business operations before beginning his career.
Larry – Sales and Marketing
As the Senior Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for dialPROS, Larry is responsible for worldwide marketing strategies and initiatives. As such, he and his team manage all aspects of marketing, press and analyst relations, branding and marketing communications for the company. Prior to joining dialPROS, Kraft held executive management positions in Marketing, Development, and Professional Services for such leading companies as IBM, Fujitsu, Computer Associates, Gateway, and Dell Computer.
Jon – Call Center Operations
Jon oversees global infrastructure and internal Call Center technology systems. Prior to dialPROS, he was a technology advisor to several early-stage companies in connection with outsourcing call center operations. He formerly led the West Coast Call Center team at Walmart.com, where he was responsible for infrastructure and building scalable systems. Jon also spent several years at BestBuy.com, and was integral in their call center operations successes.
Stephen – Quality Assurance
Stephen joined dialPROS in April 2010 from UTC, and recently led the B&E Group, as Vice President of Quality. In addition to Quality, his technical experience spans engineering, manufacturing operations, SCM, and program management. At dialPROS he is responsible for Corporate Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Continuous Improvement. His daily responsibilities include overall quality control, ensuring that dialPROS deliverables meet or exceed all customer requirements.
David – Design Services
David is responsible for the companies Web and Advertising design strategies. David has recently been promoted to leading the charge of the dialPROS offerings around Web Development, Classified Advertising development and other design services for dialPROS internal needs and our new initiatives for our clients needs. Prior to joining dialPROS, David founded and ran a successful Chicago based Web Consulting company that dialPROS employed for developing our site.
From numerous years as a USMC Officer, and compadre of Charles, Anthony was brought on board early on due to his strong process and strategic directive background. Furthering on his military strengths, Anthony utilized those core skills to develop a successful career in Call Center Operations and the Technical nuances of telephony and the computer technology necessary to keep them up and running. Anthony started and outsourced call center operations for various government entities and private sector companies like Dell, Gateway, Wal-Mart, and Chase Manhattan. Anthony also holds the title of Six Sigma Blackbelt, and has certifications in Malcolm Baldridge and Sarbanes – Oxley compliance and process improvement methodologies.
Tracy – Human Resources
Tracy is responsible for all aspects of dialPROS people strategy including growing, developing and retaining the team. Tracy joined dialPROS following five years at Outsource.com, where she led consumer marketing with responsibility for marketing strategy, brand management, advertising, and consumer promotions. While there, she also served as General Manager of the Overstock.com Stores business.
Monika – Finance
Monika is responsible for all administrative, financial, and accounting areas of the company. Prior to joining dialPROS, Ms. Vasquez owned and operated Vasquez Consulting Co., providing custom software design and development services for accounting applications
Curt – Call Center Ops (Atlantic)
Curt oversees the day to day operations and call center teams in the Atlantic region.
Steve – Call Center Ops (Central)
Steve oversees the day to day operations and call center teams in the Central region.
John – Call Center Ops (Mountain)
John oversees the day to day operations and call center teams in the Mountain region.
Frederic – Call Center Ops (Pacific)
Frederic oversees the day to day operations and call center teams in the Pacific region.
